I embrace integrative psychiatry principles because I know people deserve more than 15-minute med checks and symptom management, especially while juggling work and home life.

After years of watching incredible people cycle through medications and treatments without lasting relief, I built a different approach: one that treats the whole person and their environment, not just the diagnosis.

Now I teach what I've learned: how stress lives in the body, how trauma disrupts the gut, and how real healing happens when we address all of it together. That's why I create courses and facilitate workshops: to meet people where they are.
